• Standard delivery across Pakistan takes 2–3 business days, while express delivery is available in select areas, ensuring delivery within 1–2 business days at an additional cost.
• Currently, we do not offer international shipping.
• We provide free shipping on orders exceeding Rs. 999/-, subject to ongoing promotions, while standard shipping charges apply to orders below this limit.
• If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, the courier will attempt to deliver the package up to three times before returning it.

• In the event of receiving a damaged package or missing item, please report it within 24 hours of delivery for prompt resolution.
• For incorrect or faulty products, we offer easy replacements or refunds in accordance with our return policy.

• If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you can request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.

• Returns and exchanges are only applicable for unused, unopened, and undamaged products in their original packaging.
• Items that have been used, opened, or altered will not be eligible for return.
• Once your return request is approved, you will need to ship the product back to us, and we will process the exchange or refund within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item.
• For refund requests, the amount will be credited as store credit.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
• In case of an exchange, the new product will be shipped to you at no additional cost.
• Please note that certain items, such as personal care products and perishable goods, are not eligible for return due to hygiene reasons.
